Meet Jenna.

My path to becoming a BCBA was shaped by a simple belief: every child deserves to be understood. Early in my career, I often saw families rushed through appointments, given generic plans, and left to navigate confusing systems alone. Children were talked about in terms of data points—not personalities, strengths, or stories.

I knew I wanted to practice differently.
I wanted to sit on the floor with kids, meet them exactly where they are, and build care plans that honored who they are—not who someone else expected them to be. I wanted families to feel supported, not pressured. Heard, not dismissed. Included, not sidelined.

My Work Today.

Today, I work closely with every child, family, and clinician in our practice. I’m involved in assessments, planning, and ongoing communication, ensuring that every service we provide carries the same values: kindness, clarity, collaboration, and respect for neurodiversity.

I strive to make therapy feel approachable and grounded—not overwhelming. I want families to feel like they have a partner in this journey, someone who listens closely, adjusts thoughtfully, and celebrates every small victory along the way.
